Aneeka has qualifications in Sports Therapy, Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation and Massage and specialises in Sport, Deep Tissue and De-Stress massage as well as Tigger Point Therapy. Aneeka is a keen believer in helping clients ease pain or soreness by working on specific problem areas whilst also providing sense of relaxation to restore the body to a good state of wellbeing.
